Nikon’s next generation point scanning confocal microscope system offers faster scanning, powerful new features and vastly expanded spectral imaging capabilities.

Built on a reputation of incredible stability coupled with superior optical technologies, the C2+ with its host of functions and various analytical capabilities is the perfect tool for a new microscope, or as a new accessory to a Nikon imaging system. Now fully controlled by NIS-Elements imaging software, the system includes four channel confocal fluorescence imaging, and vastly expanded spectral capabilities with the ability to capture and unmix data acquired at any channel resolution across the entire detector bandwidth.

Nikon A1 MP+ Multiphoton Confocal

Confocal imaging and multiphoton microscopy at its highest level.

Nikon’s A1 MP is a unique multiphoton imaging system featuring a high resolution galvanometer scanner. New 4 channel non-descanned detectors with higher sensitivity, reduced dark current and broad spectral range allow for real time unmixing of closely spaced probes for accurate and high-contrast spectral imaging. This is especially important in multiphoton microscopy because of the overlap of emission spectra of probes and autofluorescence, which is often unavoidable when using a single laser line.

Nikon A1R MP+ Multiphoton Confocal

New multiphoton and confocal microscope system for high speed, high resolution and high sensitivity multiphoton excitation and confocal fluorescence imaging.

Nikon’s A1R MP is a unique multiphoton imaging system featuring a fast, high resolution galvanometer scanner and an ultra-high speed resonant scanner that is capable of frame rates from 30 fps at 512 x 512 pixels to as fast as 420 fps in band scan mode. New 4 channel non-descanned detectors with higher sensitivity, reduced dark current and broad spectral range allow for real time unmixing of closely spaced probes for accurate and high-contrast spectral imaging. This is especially important in multiphoton microscopy because of the overlap of emission spectra of probes and autofluorescence, which is often unavoidable when using a single laser line.
