New compact inverted routine microscope that does more than ever before!

Two models are available to meet your needs; a diascopic illumination model, the Eclipse Ts2, and an epi-fluorescence illumination model, the Eclipse Ts2-FL. The compact, stable and durable body on both models conserves precious bench space and easily fits next to the incubator or inside a tissue culture hood. The new Eclipse TS2 microscope provides LED-based diascopic and epi-fluorescence illumination. LED illumination eliminates frequent bulb replacement and alignment and requires no warm-up time allowing for quick and efficient cell culture observation.

A new intermediate-sized inverted research microscope designed for a wide variety of applications. Do more than before!

An intermediate-sized inverted research microscope designed for a wide variety of applications, featuring new LED-based diascopic and epi-fluorescence observation. In addition to conventional contrasting methods such as Phase Contrast, DIC, and Nikon Advanced Modulation Contrast, the Eclipse Ts2R also provides a newly developed Emboss Contrast technique to support imaging through both plastic and glass culture chambers. Thick samples such as cancer cells, oocytes and embryos which are difficult to observe with conventional phase contrast methods can also be easily observed with Emboss Contrast which provides high-contrast, pseudo-three-dimensional images without the need for costly optical components

Market leading inverted microscope capable of taking on the most advanced bioscience imaging protocols.

User experience has been revolutionized with the Ti2’s built-in sensors and internal camera*1 and the Assist Guide, the world’s first*2 intelligent microscope operation guide which integrates all of the status information collected from the sensors to help navigate users through their desired observation method. The Assist Guide also detects and alerts users of errors in microscope setup, eliminating time and energy normally spent on troubleshooting. The Assist Guide can be accessed either through a tablet or PC interface. Furthermore, the Ti2 has been completely redesigned, from the overall body design to the selection and placement of every button and switch, for more intuitive operation.
